Luis has attained two Ph.D. and has more than 20 distinctions in the fields of engineering, renewable energy, and physics; granted by institutions in the USA, Europe, and Latin America. He has developed and published scientific models and technical regulations in BIPV. He has also researched the design of more economical and efficient solar cells for BIPV by using nanotechnology.
Carlos es ingeniero electromecánico con experiencia en instalaciones solares desde 1997, con más de 2.000 instalaciones. Es una autoridad mundial en diseño, instalación, y mantenimiento de sistemas solares y granjas fotovoltaicas. Su amplia experiencia incluye trámites de proyectos solares y consultoría especializada a nivel mundial.
